Making Sense of Your Stress
Your between-session companion
This little app is designed to help you build on the work we're doing together. It walks you through three short steps - noticing what triggers your stress, understanding what you tell yourself in those moments, and gently disentangling unhelpful patterns. You can dip into any step depending on where you are in our work- there's no need to complete all three in one go. Your entries stay on your device. Nothing is sent anywhere or seen by anyone else, including me, unless you choose to share. Each entry has an "Email" button if you'd like to send one (or all of them) to me ahead of a session, and a "Save / Print" button so you can keep a personal record. This is a support for our work, not a replacement for it. If anything you write brings up something difficult or unexpected, please bring it to our next session - that's exactly the kind of material we can work with together.
