From Uncertainty to Conviction.

When your situation becomes stressful it can sometimes be because it has become uncertain. Having stepped out of employment to free myself to reach and help more people through my work I have waves of uncertainty. I have waves of stress, I have waves of anxiety.

An important thing to remember through those waves is the association that we know exists between uncertainty, stress, and anxiety. Each will prompt the other. So in those wavy moments an effective place to focus is on the thoughts of uncertainty. To test their helpfulness and to change them to reduce the uncertainty we experience. This is a good time to focus on what can be done over what can't, what is possible over what isn't, and what is survivable, yet uncomfortable. To hold more constructive thoughts with conviction.

What can you focus on to reduce your uncertainty?
