This is the phrase that is most responsible for any stress or pressure you feel in any situation. " I can't stand it".
What you're really communicating to yourself when you think you can't stand something is that you believe that you will not be able to endure that situation or that the situation is totally unrecoverable in terms of your physical or emotional recovery from it.
These sorts of beliefs tend to be sparked into action when what you believe should not or must not happen or exist..... but there it is existing apparently.
So it's useful to reality-check two things that you're thinking in these situations. First, what's actually happening, hint, things are never quite as you first see them.
Second is it survivable, endurable, and/or recoverable? Hint the answer is usually yes.
