Improve Your Response to Adversity.

In the face of adversity "the most elegant way of getting better, instead of just feeling better, is to acknowledge that you partly create or construct your unhelpful feeling and behaving":

Albert Ellis, 2001

There is always a part of adversity that's nothing to do with you, and there is always a part of adversity that is everything to do with you. You can work on the bit that you create and that will be enough.

The work you can do is in developing your perspective so that you can bring the challenges you face into a sharp focus and problem-solve your pathway toward your goal.
