This week’s short "Note to Self" to keep your thinking on track…
When an important process, performance, or relationship goes wrong it's vital for the maintenance of your wellbeing to see that, in the details, it was never all bad.
The psychological pain of the bad can be so difficult to tolerate that it feels as if it cannot be held in contrast with its potential utility.
Find the functional, useful, developing, stretching and even the beautiful and exceptional in the bad.
It's there , I promise you. Look for it from as many perspectives as you can. Put yourself in all the shoes.
And when you find it, where all felt lost you can experience the peace and the lessons that all experience offer and recalibrate.
Think about it...
